Jack In The Box

Classic Jack in the Box. The drive thru was quick. Our order was correct and they anticipated we would ask for sauce so they made sure to include everything in the bags. We came and it wasn't a busy time. Word of Caution: I hear late, late nights get REALLY busy here and wait times for drive thru ends up being over an hour because the line is so long.

Visited Jack in the Box Kapolei while waiting for the dog groomer to finished grooming the dogs. I used the drive through which went very smooth with staff being friendly courteous and efficient. The exit out of Jack in the Box leads to a stop light that makes for easy left hand turns. Not much else to say about a fast food drive through when all I ordered was a Macadamia milk shake but then it was a good milk shake which is one item I enjoy from Jack in the Box.

Ordered through the app, it's super convenient, and they usually get my order correct. It was nice because the guy taking the order was able to start a new order for me, even though we made the other order. They just make a new one since the online one is already paid for. The food, was awesome as usual, got everything we ordered. The reason why I'm not commenting quite on the food, but the service is because jacks usually has really good food. This jacks got my order perfect, the food was hot, the shake was still really cold and unmelted, drinks weren't sweating, which means they weren't sitting long. Overall awesome experience, the cheese sticks were perfect... Just one thing, they missed giving us the sauce for it, but nothing to mark stars off for.
