I really like this place. Customer service is great. The food is amazing. I personally love the chicken with gravy.

I had a great experience here, a little confused about the negative reviews. The chickenjoy sandwich was great (if you don't like mayo, ask for no mayo). The fries were McDonald's caliber, and the pineapple coconut pie was fried and delicious.

This was a Clean, quiet, quick service establishment. I had a deluxe Chicken sandwich with fries and my husband did a two piece chicken meal. My sandwich was Delicious and the chicken was juicy inside, crispy outside. My husband's chicken was a little dry and they gave him fries instead of mashed potatoes (not a big deal he likes fries too) Our server was Princess she was so super nice but we had a hard time hearing her through her mask and the plexiglass. I'll definitely be going back!

This is a good location, right on the ouskirts of the mall. Spacious and lots of parking. Love their chicken dipped in the gravy, the chicken skin is crispy😋. Their cheeseburger is full of flavor and the adobo fried rice is not too shabby. Wish we had a Jollibee on Kauai.

My Filipina wife made me eat here and I think it’s terrific. This particular one; the spaghetti is a little dry. Coulda been sitting for a while. Brought a bunch of my coworkers here and they really liked the spicy chicken sandwich.

Chicken was great lots of flavor I opt for mashed potatoes found potatoes to be very water down not sure if this normal ,next time I'll try there fries. Stay hungry my friends. Enjoy

Great location! Super clean in the restaurant and restroom areas! I placed a fairly large order with no problem and a reasonably quick wait time. They use pagers so you can take a seat and enjoy the view while you wait. There is *plenty* of parking! Tapas and longaniza!

This is my favorite fast food place in Hawaii! The staff is always courteous and quick with orders. The chicken is the best ever, as it’s super juicy inside while perfectly crunchy on the outside. The restaurant is always spotless and staff is always cleaning, showing the pride they have in taking care of their workplace and customers.

Inasmuch as a fast food joint can be outstanding, Jollibee makes a strong case for being king of the hill.
The food was tasty, the service was fast & friendly, and the location was as clean and welcoming as one could want.
Unfortunately, they no longer sell the ube pearl cooler, which I'm told is a great loss as it was evidently quite delicious.
The wrapper around my burger did have more than a fair amount of grease; however, I attribute that more to the freshness of the meal rather than it having sat around under a heat lamp drying out. I also had a few bites of the Pilipino spaghetti and was pleasantly surprised to be such a fan.
Discerning guests should take note of the excellent commercials Jollibee puts out. Run a quick YouTube search - you won't be disappointed.
