Placed a BiteSquad order at 719PM (hours mention they're open until 9PM) and the order says it's says it's being prepped as of now (846PM). My better and more polite half just called to check on the order which has taken almost an hour and a half "to prepare" and all of a sudden the status has updated.
We have made many purchases from this location because we absolutely love Teddy's, but there are often issues with our orders.
3 stars for the awesome food but sometimes lacking service

Had a great lunch here. Excellent burgers and onion rings. I paid extra for avocado and they were very generous with it. Loved the taste of the beef and the toppings. We left full and happy. Great customer service too!

Burgers and fries here were sooo good. Would 100% recommend going here. They also have an ube shake which was super good as well. If you like Nutella they have a Nutella shake as well.

Wow, so delicious, and, since everything is made-to-order, definitely worth the wait. I used to love their (discontinued?) Bleu Wave burger, but found out today that the Kailua burger is also quite tasty. Everyone working there was friendly, competent, and focused. The place was very clean and pandemic-compliant. Oh, and they have fish sandwiches, too! Just in time for Lent. 👍
