Pizza Hut

When I ordered my food from pizza hut at 7:58 pm. They said it would take one hour. But I get text message that my pizza would be on delivery at 8:19 pm. Well I had to call about it because it hadn't shown up. They stated that it was overlooked. So that has been 11 minutes ago. Also no pizza yet. The store is only .3 miles from my house. So, what's up with this picture!!! From a unhappy customer

BEWARE: I’ve never complained about food before but the customer service here was awful, I ordered two dinner boxes for a party I had going on and when I left the store and opened home it looked like this. I immediately called and asked if I could get it remade or a refund, they were really rude on the phone and denied it because I left the store without looking at the pizza while being there. Their excuse for not showing it in person was for the safety concerns of the virus. I’ve never seen a pizza like this before, ultimately disappointing.

I’ve had bad experiences with this location in the past but tonight I’m thoroughly impressed. Whoever was working tonight 10/7/19 around 10pm thank you for the beautiful pizza and prompt service. I usually never leave reviews but I’m too pleased with my pizza not to. Quality has gone up 100 percent. Keep up the great work!

NEVER AGAIN. I ordered 2 pizzas and some bread sticks. I was told 30 to 40 min. Over an hour later and calling customer service, I was told I could get a new order in an hour and 20 minutes. They tried telling me it was a door dash order. I ordered from their website, had delivery tracking, and even tipped their driver. The manager basically acted like it wasn't his problem. I have 2 upset kids who are now staying up late so I can make them dinner.

Went to pizza hut and ordered a veggie pizza . We got a pepperoni pizza. When we called up there they said to JUST bring the pizza after confirming what we ordered. Once we get up there , an older black gentleman proceeded to argue with us because we did not bring our full order back even though we had JUST called, had our order confirmed, and came back with the wrong pizza. He refused to give us the veggie pizza because we did not have the wings with our order. We did order wings as my friend has a bank charge of 20$, I also have the wing reciept to prove it. He said that we ordered 20$ worth of wings even though he showed me the veggie pizza receipt. He was very rude and would not listen to us when we said we were charged 20$ even though the reciept he claimed we had only was worth 12$. He had no patience. If he had had patience and spoken to us so we could figure out why we were charged extra if we didn't buy wings, i wouldn't be writing this,but he would not listen. It was very unprofessional. We did not get our veggie pizza and was forced to keep the wrong pizza because this gentleman could not have patience and listen. I would love for a manager to contact me so I can discuss this issue on the phone or in person. It was very rude especially because it's not my fault that we received the wrong order. Aren't yall supposed to open the box before you give it to the customer? That didn't happen. It was a series of mistakes from pizza huts part and when we tried to fix it , they didn't want to listen.
