FIVE STARS all the way! A quaint little diner with terrific food (cooked right in front of you) and even better hosts! Justin and Jerry took great care of us and our breakfasts could not have been tastier. The sausage Pattie was crisp on the outside, tender inside, the hash browns were delightful and the bacon was cooked to perfection!! Next we will need to try the burgers, they look phenomenal!!

Excellent burgers ... they are patted out by hand, and have all the special taste that comes with that. The burgers and fries are served wicked hot, and so they are as good as it gets. The staff is enthusiastic and kind, such that you get great treatment, good food, and a great time. Sure, it is a small diner in the middle of KCMO, but that it part of the package. Gotta go here and try the burgers!

a good example of the motif "if it ain't broke don't fix it", this place is still in the unbelievably tiny bldg it started off in the late 1930s. your usual outrageously American-diner style menu items, burgers shakes, floats, pies, and their breakfast items are pretty impressive - and this is one of very very few places in KC that's open 24 hours. Anyone on any sort-of sodium restriction or just average healthy diet minded individuals probably ought to just eat somewhere else. If you're needing comfort food, there's no shortage.
