We were received by a young woman on Sunday afternoon with a smile... but it was not what it seemed. As soon as I ordered a frapuccino, a target worker arrived and asked her... what did "Brandon" order? To which she replied, he ordered a frapuccino... I understood what that game was about. I commented to my wife that they are discriminating against us. without knowing if we are American citizens. just by appearance. 5 minutes later the boy started pointing his finger at us. as if to say to her there they are... which bothered me a lot and I exclaimed annoyed. what do you need?.. both bowed their heads and the man left the Starbucks. very inconvenient not to talk about respecting customers. political ideas should not be part of customer service in any business

They didn't put syrup in my cup or drizzle it on top of the whipped cream like I'm used to seeing when I order a Double Chocolate Chip Frappe at other locations. Didn't have time to bring it to their attention so I took it as is.

It's always amazing. They will even make special drinks if you have like a recipe on you and you want them to make it they will totally do it for you and they're amazing and nice and sweet I love it there and I always want to be there cuz I love their coffees and frappuccinos of course and the cake pops those are amazing too just keep being amazing and keep being you guys because you guys are doing a great job

Had a barista named Abigail that was working by herself and still very efficient and friendly. I've been in in Kansas for two days and have had terrible customer service literally everywhere else I've gone besides here. She was wonderful!

I was in on a Saturday evening and there was a huge line and 2 working. I waited for about 5 minutes before I decided I’d just go to the Starbucks by my house. Before I left the line I heard a few older people heckling the workers saying they’ve waited too long and one worker responded I’m still new and going as fast as I can. Which one older gentleman responded with “I bet you are but it’s not fast enough.” If you’re reading this give people a freaking break. Most places struggle with staffing because people can make far more on unemployment and if you weren’t aware most places are short staffed all the time. Get used to it because it’s going to only get worse once prices start going up even more.

This is the Starbucks inside of Target. I don't drink coffee, and my husband usually always gets me a yummy Venti Frappuccino Vanilla bean chocolate-whatever-it's-called. But, even when I fumble over what the name of the drink is - and it's not on the menu - they ALWAYS get the drink right (I don't know how).
They're also always very cheerful even though I'm usually ordering one very late at night; usually right before they close.

One of the employees is so rude at times. He always finds a reason I’m not to do customer request on how they like their coffee made and in addition he refuses to scan my Starbucks code. His comment was that he cannot scan it. He needs to either change his attitude and become more customer friendly or he needs to find another job that makes him happy
