7-eleven

Rough gas station.....if you are from out of town, it's a working gas station, just lock your car when you go inside and don't eat food that is "fresh ". The guy uses the same gloves to cook the food as he does to count cash. Don't use the bathroom.... lots of homeless hangout here....sometimes fights occur and will ask you for spare change. Community America Credit Union ATM. Store clerks are nice. Flattened trash on parking lot, low on window wash by pumps, over flowing trash cans. I had to go inside to put money on the pump I was using due to card scanner error.

The absolute worst 7-11 I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is NON EXISTENT! I’d give it negative stars if I could! Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! The WORST TO DEAL WITH. I waited for 4 hours for an order that was cancelled then reordered then returned and after 4 hours they put a limit on my account for activity that they created! Never received my order and will never do business with 7-11 again! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! And they charge a delivery fee in ADDITION TO a convenient fee! Overpriced and Unprofessional!

Dirty, sticky counters. Clerk could not understand enough english to answer a question about iced coffee mix they sell. Opened 3 straws, every one was cracked and chewed up at the end. Poured out soda and left, clerk followed me to the car saying I drank the soda, that the straws were fine, did not want to look at them. Drive past this one.

This store Always looks terrible outside (to put it nicely, without using explicit words). There's trash everywhere, even though there are trash cans. There's a sign posted outside prohibiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the property, per city ordinance/code (which means they have a problem of this happening often enough). I feel the gas pumps are also too close to the street. Often times, there's sketchy-looking individuals just 'hanging out' and waiting to harass you about something [note: I was confronted by two adult black men this morning as I was getting out of my car. Luckily, a police officer rounded the corner & told the men to disperse or else.] I even feel bad for the employees that have to deal with the unwanted customers: They don't even have a bullet-proof glass window to separate them from the potential robbers & criminals. There's also nearly 40 mugshots visibly posted behind the counter of past 7-Eleven robbers & criminals (which tells you that this place gets robbed a bunch or has problems with patrons). There Are Many Problems with this 7-Eleven!!! My advice/suggestion: Don't go here. Go further East or North for a reputable gas station (unless you're running out of gas & can be quick!). I prefer QuikTrip - especially when they don't tolerate this aforementioned crap.

I frequent all the 7-Elevens in the KC area and almost always bring my cup with me for a refill. Today, I walked into this store at 0530 with my cup in my hand in front of me. The employee looked at me and returned to his conversation with another customer. I got my beverage and when I went to the counter, I reminded him that it was a refill. Marcuz said he had to charge me the full price since I didn't come up to him and show him my cup when I walked in. When I explained that he looked right at me, he said he wasn't paying attention because he was talking to the customer. Went on to say that I could just be saying that I brought in my cup so I could get the cheaper refill price. I was very insulted and will be reporting this incident to the manager of the store. The employees I've encountered prior to today have been very friendly, but this one interaction with Marcuz makes me never want to give that store my business every again.
