Subway

I never thought I'd review a subway poorly, but this location made me walk out! I had my niece and 2 children with me. These are just a bunch of kids working there just trying to look good, hang out and get paid for doing nothing. There was trash all over the floor, 4 employees, but only one manning the order station, one young girl had her hair all down and unkempt but wore a visor, no hair net, no ponytail, shirts not tucked in - just sloppy and unprofessional!! A young man with hair down to his bottom was presented the same way but wore a hat, not a visor and his hair blew around everywhere! The entry door is cracked and looks like garbage... Probably to match the couple of bandaids stuck to the stairs approaching the building..... 🙄🤢 DON'T GO THERE! Unless none of that concerns you.. not to mention, by the time I was ready to order, I told him what my niece wanted and he went to the back as if to collect supplies and then he came back up and did nothing. Seriously! Like talking to a wall! Service, hygiene, professionalism, cleanliness, presentation and work ethic ALL SERIOUSLY LACKING!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I used to eat here pretty often, but now never again. Staff is beyond rude. I gave them another chance after they completely messed up my online order, but now I will never go back. Ordered 3 subs online today. All 3 had a single slice thin slice of meat and half slice of cheese per 6 inch portion. Not even enough to taste it. Then gave me no lettuce when I asked for extra, and no tomato or peppers when i requested these. The bread on one sandwich was weirdly dry and chewy at the same time, and pretty much inedible. This location needs to be forced out of business.

I have been going to this subway now for the past 2 years. In the past 3 months they have had a new employee every single time and no management overseeing them or training them on how to make sandwiches. The WORST subway I have had in my life. Employees also talked about previous customers and said “don’t complain if the sandwich is messy if you decide to get all the vegetables.” Very rude. The employee making my sandwich even said “bro if you want this job take it, I don’t want to be here” Really hope management fixes their employees.

Normally, great place to get a sandwhich, one time an older man worker was barrating a customer who didn't read her coupon and didn't know how to use it, and she was asking questions of the worker, and he was frustrated with her and made it known. All the other younger workers always treated me and my daughter right, so did this older man worker, but I felt he didn't treat her right.
