I ordered online for in-store pick up. I had no idea that the restaurant was extremely busy— standing room only. When I arrived, workers were feverishly preparing orders. I was told that there were two orders of 100 sandwiches each, in addition to other regular orders. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who seem to be in charge, he was very tall, soft-spoken (until he needed to call out a name for pick-up, and he plus other employees were very pleasant. In fact, I don’t think I’m the only customer who noticed how well employees worked as a team in light of such large orders…because as people picked up their orders, they thanked the employees and told them to have a good day. As did I. Great job. Awesome teamwork!,

Update: The situation that led to this review was handled beautifully by management. Have not had an issue with orders since. Went in late last week and order to sandwiches to go. Would have considered eating in store, but a number of the tables were dirty and/or covered in employee belongings. The fun didn't end there. When I got home I found the sandwiches contained barely enough meat to count as a single slice. I filed out a form online and to date have received a form letter response from a corporate employee. Thanks Brookside Jimmy John's! You've given me once less place to consider when it comes to ordering food!

Ordered via the app for delivery a handful of times. Always comes quickly. Last night, it was taking about longer (and it was crazy dark out so not sure if the driver got lost), so I called. The gal that answered the phone was on point! Her demeanor was awesome, she was kind, patient, and understanding. She was honest that they were busy and only had one driver, and gave me an option if I didn't receive my order soon. My order came shortly after, driver knocked and left the order on my porch as instructed and I was able to catch him from a distance, his demeanor also was very kind. He could have been abrupt as he was super busy, and I'm sure stressed finding addresses in the dark, yet there was kindness in his voice. So whomever was working on 10/30...thank you for being you. I'm sure y'all dont get the kudos y'all deserve often enough, but just know you're appreciated.

The staff here is super helpful friendly and ready to help no matter what the situation. Today I ordered a big Vito for delivery but it never arived! I called to see what happened I was told my sandwich had been delivered! So I drove to the shop and by the time I got there a second sandwich was ready! After many unnecessary apologies for the error I said ,"oh well everybody makes mistakes " came home and enjoyed my meal with my lovely bride! Thank you for the great meal and service! We will be back soon!!

In years past I have had reason to be dissatisfied, however over the last few months I have been treated with respect and exemplary top notch service and seriously prompt delivery! If you want a delightful ordering experience, right now delivery, finishing up with a beautifully crafted sandwich that you will remember (in the best way possible), then back out of this review and order already!
