Applebee's

So glad we came here it was our wedding day we went to Applebee's on 350 and raytown . No one ever greeted us or said hello or anything so we left and was on our way to go to corral then we were on the highway and saw y'all Applebee's said we would give it a try way better service greeted us right when we came in set us down, so even though we travel down the street a little ways we were gladly appreciative for the good service and good food on our wedding day. 😍

The waiter and host were great and very pleasant, but the service was very slow. The food came out at all different times so some of us had to wait a while to get our plates. Great workers regardless of the understaffing issues that alot of businesses are going through. Dinner was definitely saved by them.

Kudos to the manager at this restaurant. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp & the chicken & mashed potatoes came out dry & crusty on the bottom, & rather smaller portions than I remembered from when I'd gotten it before. I felt bad saying anything, but I talked to the manager & he said "I'll make it perfect for you." He later came back with a fresh plate of food that looked & tasted great & was larger portions too. Great job, manager. 🙂

This place is phenomenal! Sadly, the majority of night customers take the score down cuz like allot of selfish people...theyre wanting something free! Go to the Dollar Store! Leave good quality and quantity food and drink ALONE! APPLEBEES IS AND SHALL ALWAYS BE THE BEST PLACE for food and mixed drinks and customer service! PERIODT!

This is the second time we’ve been to this Apple bees location, you know, Apple bees on a date night. Well, this is absolutely the place to go if you’re wanting to experience deep connection and meaningful conversation. We waited at the table for ten minutes before being seen, and 40 minutes for our food, and I got so much closer to my significant other during that time. We also had a lot of privacy because no one even checked up on us to interrupt. The food was thoughtful; they left the bacon off my sandwich and left the cheese on, which was the opposite of what I ordered, but that’s okay because I could honestly do with less fat and the cheese just reminded me- hey! It’s okay to live a little. The entire restaurant had a cozy vibe, despite the fact that it was mostly vacant. The hostess was pacing and cleverly deep in thought about things like minimum wage, and how much he loves his job. The two women behind the bar were hardworking, as they clearly communicated while loudly sharing how they were picking up so much slack. The staff should be applauded for their honesty as the waiter ( not even taking our order, mind you), told us that the shrimp bourbon steak was literally the only thing worth ordering on the menu. We did not order it. We should have. This Apple bees told us they had no wait! In a manner of speaking, they didn’t. The French fries were 10/10, the red and gold tinsel, tasteful, and my boyfriend and I had a very good time. We will be returning whenever we want to enjoy food that tastes like what we could have made at home but without the cleanup, and plenty of intimate time to talk!

I took my family to lunch here a couple days ago for a warm place to eat as we were without power. Being big on customer service myself I found that this team did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly as we entered and served by a fantastic team member named Kaitlin. She was very patient and engaging while we let our 11 yr old and 3 yr old order their own food. The chefs also did their thing on the dishes as well. Highly recommend this location! Highly recommend Kaitlin! Highly recommend the 4 cheese mac with honey Crisp tenders! Keep up the great work team!

I purchased the whiskey burger and the margarita of the month. The burger was better than I expected it to be. The meat, onion rings, cheese, bun, tomato, pickle, and lettuce were just right. The sauce was tasty, but I wish there had been a little bit more of it on the burger. The fries were fresh, crispy, and well seasoned. Nothing unusually special about this meal..... Just a good burger and fries. All for about 10 dollars, including the drink special. 👍🍔

The food was good as of the service over the top. As for as the negative comments. .. they didn't say this location they said in kc mo ... simply typing in a few words the incident came up... watch the video for yourselves.... this is not the location but the cops said the locate and the person making the video as well..help...don't be rude..Google guides should be direct about the services and the experience...not comment or give their opinions on others experiences . the same thing happen to my daughter and I....
