My first thought when I got this burrito was “ did they forget to fill it?” Unfortunately I was half correct. This was 8 days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. The store will not answer the phone, I sent two separate messages; one to corporate and one to what I thought was the store. Not a single word. I ordered a brisket burrito with light white rice and extra black beans. As you can see, there are so few beans you can literally count them. There is so much rice it makes me think they did two scoops. You may also notice there is no meat. The $4 more than chicken option is completely missing. I would have cancelled the payment at this point but I paid with a gift card. This is also not the first time this store has done this. You would think they could make a burrito with meat., follow simple instructions but alas, it’s too much to ask from this store.
Follow up:
So it is now Jan 23rd and no one from either the store or corporate has returned my calls, messages, reviews or emails. So we can add theft to the review since they flat out stole my gift card.

Nasty!! She just fling the food in my bowl and she scraped the dirty rice OFF THE COUNTER ans PUT IT IN MY BOWL! They don’t move fast they just move really sloppy and nasty. Wanted to gag when I was in there. Just look at the photos. Also when I went home to eat the chicken, the food smelled like wash cloth and tasted like it was rotting. What is happening to this location and why has no one sorted the many issues after so many bad reviews????? The chicken was badly burned. This place literally made me vomit.

When we got up there the lady kept staring at us not saying anything while making other orders. Then you could hardly understand them plus they were out of the fruit, chips, & lemonade. Also the women’s bathroom was out of order. All of there tables where dirty so was the floor. When there was 7 people working.

Consistent food as usual, it’s frustrating to stand in line, and not have the line move at all because they’re only making online orders. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even touched up in days.

Order on an app still comes out late… it is always total chaos here anytime any way you’re ordering. You’re dealing with chaos. look at this wrap… they are horrible here!!

The technology has to exist to accurately tell you your pick up time based off of capacity.. so tired of ordering with a specific pickup time then waiting 20-30 more minutes past that time. This is systemic from the corporate half of the business because every location is like this. The staff always seem overwhelmed and incapable of handling the workload. Ultimately I feel bad for them, but ordering ahead is pointless when the line is cleared and renewed 4-5 times while waiting. Chipotle Corp, Get your S together!!! I know the workforce is spares, but there are ways you can adapt and still serve your customers.

The guy literally gave me 10 pieces of steak I asked could I have more and he said “extra steak? Okay” like why are they so stingy with the meat. I paid for extra meat which wasn’t even extra meat it was what I should’ve gotten in the first spoon.That’s ridiculous for the price I paid. Do better

I ordered online, and came into the store on Friday 3.4.2022 at 1220pm. I was slightly surprised that my online, paid in advance was ready; it wasn't a large order, just a bowl and chips/guac, but because it was Peak time and this store has a bad reputation for not being able to timely fill orders, I was pleasantly surprised that my order was actually ready.
They kept my order, and several other orders, behind the cash register. There was a young lady working. When I entered the store, there was just me and one other man waiting to pick up orders. It should have been a 5 second process but...the young lady working the register completely and totally ignored us. It was like there was a brick wall on the right side of her vision, and she wasn't capable of looking to her right and seeing that there were people there trying to pick up orders. She was solely focused on the line of customers in front of her, and was refusing to multi-task, try to do more than one thing at a time.
This went on for about 2 minutes. I was trying to wave at her, I said hello. It should be noted, I'm standing less than 4 feet from her, so unless she is totally blind to the right side of her vision, she should have been able to see or hear me. Yet, I could not get her attention and she remained solely focused on only one task: the customers going thru the line in front of her.
After this went on for 2 minutes, I was able to get the attention of the young gentleman working the Salsa position, and I asked him if he could hand me my order. He did...eventually, after asking me a few ?s about the order.
What should be a simple, fast process instead became something that lasted several minutes. Unnecessarily, because the staff at this Chipotle choose to hide the online pre-paid orders like it's hidden treasure, and then they refuse to acknowledge you when you are trying to pick your order.
This Chipotle and their staff do a very consistent job of making getting your Chipotle and acquiring it as difficult and frustrating as possible.
