Good food, nice portions. Went for my father's 76th birthday on a Sunday evening. No wait, quick/friendly service.

What an amazing place to eat. My wife came here on Friday night. Told me about it. So we had to come back the very next day because it was so good. Kim was our server. Customer Service makes a huge difference in the experience. Kim made the difference. She was so helpful in helping me and my wife pick what to get. She was very attentive and could not have gotten any better service. Kim definitely is a 5 out of 5 stars. The food was really good too. I can’t think of anything that I would change or did not like in my experience tonight. I would rather give my money to some place local, that a chain restaurant. The other amazing thing about Kim was we thought we were done eating. Kim asked if we wanted fried ice cream. We said no(at first). Well are we glad we changed our minds. Because it was so worth it.

I love their happy hour!! Oysters are super good and I love their pozole!! I usually get the fajitas and the parilliada!! Chips and salsa are always super good !! This is one of my fave places to visit ! Their margaritas are the best in town and I love their patio!! Must try!!

Great, authentic Mexican restaurant/bar in the heart of the Latin portion of Southwest Blvd in Kansas City. Tasty food and cocktails and wonderful service make this a place I never mind coming back to again and again.

We sat at the bar, the place was overall great until we're were finished. It was hard to get their attention for anything else after we had gotten our meals. This was my first time so all I can recommend is the enchiladas. Very nice authentic restaurant with salsa music.

I love this place there friendly kind and make sure everything is right!. I lost something in there restaurant and half if the crew helped me find it! They went above and beyond and didn't have to! It's great to dine and be around good people!

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Perfect food, perfect drinks. The wait staff was very very good. The bartender makes some of the very best Margaritas I’ve ever had.

I love El Patron. Best margaritas on the Boulevard. The fajitas El Patron are amazing and so much food its perfect to split and have leftovers. Also their queso fundido is out of this world. Also ask for their habanero salsa if you like heat. Overall pretty much everything I've had on the menu is good to great. Plus their house margaritas are amazing.

My new favorite for Mexican. Rich flavor, and extremely generous portions. My wife and I shared the fajitas and still took home enough for my daughter.
Our waiter was laid back and personable.
Could use a little renovation or interior design in the back, but I can overlook that for the delicious food.
We'll definitely be back.
