Avenues Bistro

We LOVE Avenues Bistro! Their curbside pickup has SAVED our sanity during Covid - DELICIOUS & inventive menu; WONDERFUL people; fast, excellent, & well organized pickup service! They have specials each day -- we order them to try NEW things as well as enjoy regular favorites. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and generous servings. Love their extras & desserts, too. Bacon-wrapped dates, Lobster Ravioli, Beef Medallions are some of our favorites (each new dish becomes a favorite!). Looking forward to eating in their new restaurant space when it's safe again. Until then, we order at least once or twice a week!

This is my favorite brunch spot in KC. The food is always delicious, the service is always great, the bottomless drinks are affordable and truly bottomless AND the atmosphere is very cozy. I would recommend anything on the menu but I frequently order the classic Eggs Benedict which will ruin all other Eggs Benedict for you.

The Happy Hour here is awesome. Goes until 7. Great regular Happy Hours options, or chose $10 bottomless cocktail with purchase of meal. The Brunch is also great, with a bottomless option that let's you switch between mimosas and bloody marys. My mom, sister and I also frequent the Bistro before seeing plays/musicals at Starlight and the service is always perfect and we have never had to stress about getting our bill on time to make curtain call. The food is very well-prepared and their cocktails are on point!

We had a little gathering of about 12-15 folks here the other week. The appetizers were hot and delicious. The creme brûlée was smooth and creamy. The wait staff kept up with our multiple demands for drinks, food, plates, silverware, napkins, etc. all with excellent attention to detail and smiles all around. It was a fantastic evening - and because of the quality of service and food we could focus on our celebration and nothing else. Highly recommend.
