Wish they had more coffee selection but the caramel macchiato was really good

So, this WAS may favorite DD"s . Driving from Three Rivers to Kalamazoo at least every week, just to get coffee and a breakfast snack. But for the past month or so the food and coffee has been TERRIBLE. 😭. Now I have to drive to 9thb St. in Ostemo or Indiana.. WTH.

We ordered ten pumpkin munchkins and a turtle beverage. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the extra munchkins and donuts!

Very friendly customer service. Unfortunately though my mobile order was placed early today for pick-up at the end of the day, they did not set aside the donuts to fill it. More than 2/3 of my order had to be replaced with alternatives.
The cashier suggested some changes to the order and the Team gave me some extra Munchkins.

I come through the drive thru every day and get the same thing. The barista knows me and always talks with me. I absolutely love their coffee!!

I went through the drive thru for a latte, and I didn't get my order the way I can drink it (decaf). Buuut .. the promptness and courtesy and amazing service that was provided to fix the order was A1. AND on top of that the drinks are ALWAYS bomb! I mean ALWAYS. I appreciate them so much for going above and beyond during this crazy time we've been living through!

For the last year, since we moved here, Jessica has remained an outstanding part of our visits to this Dunkin. So much so that we attend almost every day now to pick up our coffee from her directly! She always has a smile on her face and engages us in wonderful conversation while she works. Excellent guest service!!!

This place is fantastic! I come here 3 or 4 times a week and great it’s every time. Jessica knows what my regular order is and usually has it ready by the time I get to the register. She’s always super cheery and makes me feel welcome here. It’s employees like her that makes me feel like a valued customer and is what keeps bringing me back!
