Good food but no ice was available during the visit

Got a sub and a pop. Cost almost $15 and they had the nerve to ask for a tip. No tip if I'm standing at a counter and getting my own drink. The subs are good but I'm sick of paying sit down prices for fast food. End of rant.

Genuinely the nicest subway I’ve been to. The workers are always super friendly and have always done an awesome job. I love subways and almost never have a bad experience, but this one takes the cake for the best one I’ve been to.

Seems family owned, its a local owned franchise obviously as Subway owns no restaurants themselves.

This location is under new management as of this week. The new owners are very nice so be patient with them. Service was fast & veggies fresh. My steak & cheese sub was tasty.

I have been to this store quite a few times and I have always been impressed by their quality. The employees are very friendly and prompt. They keep all their ingredients filled and the front counter is very clean. They definitely are the best subway in Kalamazoo.
Their veggies and dressings are always fresh and stocked up too. Can’t fault the standards they are maintains at the store.
