A friend introduced me to Ope's Cookies a few years ago and I have been hooked since then. They have an amazing variety of options to try and if you live in the Kalamazoo/Portage area they are freakishly fast in their delivery. When I decided to host my first vegan/gluten free yoga retreat in August of 2022 I knew that I wanted to include them as one of my local vendors. Again they knocked it out of the park. 12 hours after ordering cookies were on my doorstep including more than I had ordered.
If you haven’t tried an Ope's Cookie yet, I’m really not sure why! What is not to love about a healthy vegan (and depending on flavor gluten free) cookie that actually tastes good!? :)
