The one on Portage Rd..I don't know the cashier's name but she was absolutely amazing! So patient when they were swamped and she called everyone baby or Mama ☺️

Very long wait time as they had a cross country team in here and Wendy’s was obviously short staffed. The workers were trying their best to accommodate all the orders. I could tell that they were overwhelmed. The napkins, ketchup and some pop out in the dining room were out and needed to be replenished. The manager or whomever runs this store needs to schedule more people so the workers aren’t so overwhelmed and treated poorly by impatient customers.

Only came for the frosty and ordered 3, but was informed that you get a buy 1 for a $1 promotion. So 4 frostys for all 4 passengers! The best part was that it tastes like ice cream ☺️

Drive thru is fire, counter service is so slow. I ordered in app and still had to wait on line for my pickup order.

A limited time strawberry frosty is the #1 way to reduce summertime sadness, scientifically endorsed by the CDC and KGB. Also, if you need a job, they are hiring. Also, drive through had the two “F”’s; Friendly and Fast. Well done Wendy’s, good tasting Strawberry Frosty.

I like this Wendy's location over the others in the area. The service is fast & the food is always hot. They follow instructions if you want items not on a burger.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised and impressed by the entire staff on 3/31/23 at around 10pm. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and courteous. The food was also hot, fresh, and delicious! Will definitely be retuning! Give this team a raise!
