Overall a good Bdubs, food is great and drinks are good. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars isn't really their fault, but the servers tend to be on the inexperienced side. They mean well and do a pretty good job but most are younger college kids so mistakes and slower service does happen. Same with the atmosphere, not their fault but sometimes college bros can get annoying.
Overall a good Bdubs to go get some food and drinks and watch some sports, just be aware you are in a college town.

Had a great experience on the road home. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We got our food hot and fresh within minutes of ordering. Garlic parm wings and onion rings were the win for me! That sauce for the onion rings was delicious!!

The bartender was very polite and a great employee. Should get a second tea maker so the bartender and other servers in that area don't have to go to the front of the restaurant to get it, make it easier for them to take care of the guests

Never really upset with this place. Street tacos are my favorite thing to eat there other than the wings. And they make the best long Island's ever. So tasty!

Went here with some friends. We were stoned to the gills and a little bit drunk, so obviously we were probably obnoxious. Our waiter was an amazing guy, and was cracking jokes, and making fun of us. My boy was trying to flirt with another girl, and you could tell she was stressed. It was her first day not shadowing. We hooked her up with a tip for just doing an awesome job. The staff really makes this place great. Every time we go here, we leave talking about how fun our waiter/waitress was.
One time we had some random couple come sit with us, because everyone was trying to watch UFC. The dude and I would bet beers on the fights. It was a good time. I am rambling on now...

The food was good and the service was great! I sat at the bar to watch the Chiefs and had a great time visiting with the staff! I’ll come back when traveling through.

Food is awesome. Waited too long without being asked if I could be helped. Person at register left & went to the back without shaking or telling me someone would be tight with me.

It's a BW3s, standard chain across the country. Wings, beer, burgers, sports. Standard issue, and this one met the chain's expectations.
I've been getting bombarded with ads for the General Tso's chicken, and I finally had a chance. Interestingly, the server asked if I had tried it. Apparently, 50% loves it, 50% hates it. He brought us a small sample. -- Great service!
My son and I both loved the General Tso's sauce. Just spicy enough, good, rounded flavor package. I will definitely order it again.
We also later tried a sample of the new sweet chili lime. I liked it. Definitely need to try an order of it.
My normal wing worder is Asian Zing and Mango Habanjero. Both of these new flavors are on the milder end. Definitely worth sampling.
Price was $20/pp plus tip.

It's decent. I guess. Good wing flavors and such. Nothing fancy on the menu. Burgers and fries. They even have a salad if you so desire. But why would anyone ever go to a wing place for salad. That's just odd. But whatever, they have it. Lots and lots of TV's. Like on every flat surface. That'll give you something to do when you can't figure out what to say to your date and she's furious that you brought her here.

Though we ate in the dining room last night (and got great service) I couldn't help noticing how Andrew at the Kalamazoo store handled the front "pickup order" area. He was mature, warm, and professional. I don't say these things about everybody. Andrew was showing friendliness, maturity, calmness, and professionalism that stood out from other stores I've been to.
