I've been to significantly nicer QDoba's, but this one is fine. Sadly nothing special about it, but the staff is nice and the food is fairly consistent.

Never very busy lately! Wonderful burritos made the way you want! Also, have kids menu and bowls available.

The food was good but we waited in line for over 30 minutes because they don't have enough staff to keep up the busy pace. I don't blame the employees, they were doing their best. I believe it is a management issue. So managers, you might want to check the schedule and staff the right amount of employee's for the dinner rush. Plus you need to factor in the online orders coming in. I really don't think that those should have taken presidence over the walking. Js

Mostly decent Qdoba. Slow service from people who act like we are all related. Frfr. Some sketchy folks in lobby just hanging out in their slippers and robes 👀

I ALWAYS enjoy getting food from QDOBA. Very fresh and you know that your gonna be full! The staff are always friendly and very out going!

The West main store is the only Qdoba I go to in the Kalamazoo area. The other two are not in good shape. The service is great too!

Great food and service! The dining room is a bit small so you might not be able to eat inside during peak times. Never have had a problem though.

Great food! Friendly service. Being from out of state, this is the first time my kids from 8 to 18 have eaten there ands the loved it. The lady behind the counter was very patient and helped my young one decide what he wanted.
The lobby and bathroom needed some TLC.

The brisket is my favorite! Fast, friendly service. The music is sometimes a little loud and not my favorite style, but that's the only reason for the lower atmosphere score. Qdoba is one of my favorite places for meeting a colleague for lunch!
