Great neighborhood restaurant. Just met a friend for coffee and staff made me feel as comfortable as if I were buying dinner. They've been around for years. The quality food and hometown atmosphere keeps me coming back.

Best Philly cheese steak sandwich/omelet I have ever had! I love the atmosphere in this place. Everyone knows each other so we'll, sometimes it's hard to tell the know who's a regular and who actually works here.

They have been around forever. The food is incredible, awesome, and if you leave hungry, it's your own fault. The coffee is awesome as well!!!!!!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!! We have been going there since I was A little girl. I'm pushing 60 yrs old now😻😻😻😻😽😽😽😽😺😺😺😺.. Meowza!!!! And the waitresses are awesome as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for Scooter Dee's !!!

Scooter D's is everything you'd expect from a small town diner. Lots of locals, friendly though harried waitress, good food. A variety of food offerings though I stuck with breakfast. The Scooter D's special was tasty, filling and inexpensive. It was fun and will become a regular stop for me.

I've only had breakfast at Scooter D's, but I do so fairly regularly. Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy. This is solid diner food done right. Bacon is always on point. Omelettes too.

Jenny was a great server. She was fast friendly and we never had to ask for coffee or water refill. Comfortable and quiet great place for breakfast.

While the atmosphere is more mom and pop diner we enjoy the people that dine here more than anything. Food is decent, staff during the week is good. It's the locals that really make this place.

This is a fantastic find in the area! My family has eaten here twice and the portions were great, the whole bill for 3 people was less than 25 bucks to fill everyone up and take some home still! The plates were ALL delicious, wonderful staff was super friendly. Tons of customers seemed like regulars and were on first name bases with the staff. Just a wonderful find for us one morning! Turns out one my regular customers where I work, is the owners daughter and she has always been very polite and funny...just a small world coincidence!

Food is generous in portions, is good...and has been for 20+ years!!! A throwback to a time when small restaurants were a community hangout good for catching up and feeling like a large family. Exceptionally clean and relatively quick service. Uniquely pleasant jam selections were lovely nuances to be enjoyed!!! ( Smuckers apple cinnamon, cherry, and strawberry). Nice little gift area at entry way cute touch. Great place to socialize with intimate conversation. A must see for all who visit Parchment! :)
