Taco Bell

Placed an order online for drive thru pickup and had to wait 45 minutes in line. At the window they told me to pull in front of store and they will bring my food almost 1 hour waiting time to grab my order. They really have no management. I asked for extra sauce and they put 100 plus sauce in bag with burned potatoes and missing fries. Worst taco bell.

I will NEVER return to this taco bell. I don't know if the franchise owner is just trying to save some money, but I just picked up an order for 5 people. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WE GOT WAS PATHETIC. Like taco shells and burritos with hardly anything in them. The power bowl we ordered was MAYBE 1/3rd of the normal amount of food. I even asked for 2 dozens sauce packets and got 5. Just enraging. Edit - forgot to add that I paid for extra steak. There might have been 5 morsels TOTAL in the whole bowl.

Best Taco Bell in north Houston area, the lobby was really clean and was really nice decorated with Christmas decorations it’s nice to spend some time inside. The team members are really nice they check on you if everything is OK and ask if you need help. I would for sure come keep coming back and I would really recommend this location

I'd like to start off by saying, Don't go to this Taco Bell. The pictures i took say it all😤. Why ? Why is the middle of the flipping tomato up in my crunchwrap? And where's the beef on the other side of my crunchwrap? Why ? Why is there just tortilla, taco shell, and sour cream up on that other side? Where's the beef at? I've never been so confused, and disappointed from a Taco Bell before. Also, there was only supposed to be one taco, but they gave an extra instead, but even they disappointed me with that extra taco. There was the tiniest spoonful of beef, a handful of lettuce, and like two tomatoes, in each. All i can say is, Don't go here if you want some food. Go here if you want to get something to drink. I must admit, that Mountain Dew Baja Blast was pretty darn good.

Absolutely terrible!!! Terrible customer service. There is always someone new to take your order. The order seems to be wrong or something is missing. Ask for a chicken burrito you’ll end up with a beefy cheesy burrito. This is someone’s lunch or dinner and we go home and it wrong. The appreciation of a customer taking the time out to come to out to eat needs to be appreciated. We are spending our money so you have a job. This location is awful!!! Rude!!! Just awful!!!

This was a really horrible experience. Of course, I was all in once I heard the Mexican pizza was back. So it’s late I got the munchies and I say let’s get that Mexican pizza as back in the day it was thing. Well, I pull up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for minutes before I finally said something and they young lady finally answered. No Mexican pizza, no cinna buns, no chicken that’s all I could stand for so I asked for a nacho bell grande with no beans extra meat. Extra meat was not on there. The young lady was cussing and yelling through out the store. She never told me the total until I asked. Very rude customer service. WTH happened to nacho bell grande. When did it get so small.
