First let me say why I gave it a one so maybe someone important will read this. The older Spanish woman manger whatever is rude and the crew members Americo was dealing with about 5 customers while she sat on the phone at the register but didn’t help him ring anyone up or wrap a sandwich she didn’t acknowledge anyone was even there he was smiling and wonderful the entire time and mind you he keep eyeing her egging for help and she just ignores him she needs to be fired he needs her position
