This Saturday, I had the most horrific experience at Whataburger on Hilcroft and Beltway… when visited, I typically order a salad and I did so that day… the Cobb Grilled Chicken Salad. Their drive thru had only a few vehicles in line but the wait was extremely beyond normal… anyway, I got my salad and my children’s meals and went on my way to the service station nearby. Before going into the service station I decided to nibble on my salad because I was starving. I begin to eat my salad… as I tossed it around I noticed something dark and unusual tucked under a few leaves.. of course by this point, I spit out the salad I was chewing on …At first the foreign item looked like some balled up braid hair but as I lifted it to examine it I realized it was a hair net. Talk about floored…and highly upset … I couldn’t believe it. This has never happened to me before. I took pics and zoomed back over to the Whataburger. I went inside and saw that the hairnets the workers were wearing was the exact dark brown one discovered in my salad (see photos) attached). The manager was quite surprised. She immediately took my salad and receipt to the back (I suppose her office). Minutes later, she came back to the front with a new receipt showing she had refunded my entire order and was very apologized…she didn’t have a reason or explanation for the matter. She said she has never experienced this as well. Nonetheless, this whole situation for me was just nasty and I won’t be returning… the district will be notified about it.

I placed a mobile order to prevent going through the long drive through lanes at night and it’s posted that they dine in area closes at 12. I place my order at 11:30 and it was locked. I call to see if I can pick up my order inside even when I see people dinning in there and they told me no and hung up. I am not waiting in a line that has not moved in the past 30 minutes. Why offer dinning pick up if they don’t honor it. Waste of my time

Food is typical. Second time I order from the app. I had ordered for 11:30am. I thought when I will arrive it will be ready for pick-up. I still had to wait about 10 minutes. It's suppose to be faster and that's why I ordered through the app. I've ordered from other locations but this location is never delivers on time.

Ordered curbside pick up, had a hard time finding the area due to low signs. Checked in and used hazards, moved once I saw the area. Employee that delivered my meal basically handed my drink, placed my meal on copilot seat. When I said thank you twice he walked away waving his hands, muttering something. No thank you or anything, just rude. Called manager when I got home, he stated he'd address the employee. Food was great, just work on customer service.

This particular whataburger is A hit or miss. I think it depends what shift you luck up on. Some days you will get the absolute hot and fresh foods. Varies others the fries want be hot. But if all shifts can produce quality and give 3 packs of ketchup instead of 2 then everything is perfect

Place was empty it took them 30 minutes to get my meal, whenever I got it the food was cold I could hear them laughing in the kitchen I guess they forgot about my food it wasn't untill I asked for my food that they brought it to me.

stopped by to pick up some breakfast before work. went inside thinking it would be a little faster than the drive through. i waited for a few a minute until someone took my order. during that time the manager on duty was either arguing or venting to someone about the lobby which should have been done in private so that the guest cannot hear. manager on duty finally took my order and i clearly said i'd like the breakfast platter with a side of gravy. she brought me a breakfast sandwich and gravy which was not what i ordered. she went back and made the platter and that was that. got to work and the biscuit was so hard and i had a couple of clumps of egg that were over cooked. very disappointed with the service and quality of food given.
