Mcdonald's

This place beat my expectations. It was late at night, the line was expectedly long. One typically does not expect a fast line and great service, but this is what I got. A man named "chucky", I believe, was very kind on the speaker system (drive-thru), and helped me in my food selection. Kind and patient while I deliberated my food choices. The line moved quick for a 1am McDonald's run, and the food was that dependable McDonald's quality. While this review is about the distinctions of this particular location, I will go ahead and say McDonald's has very consistent food at an affordable price. I know I can go to any of these locations and get a very similar experience. But this location in particular, on this late Saturday night, was above both my fast food and McDonald's expectations. Pros: Service, Price, Quality of food Cons: Cleanliness, the lady at the cash register did not understand my questions and repeatedly told me they had no receipts to give me (I didn't want a receipt anyways).

These people are sweethearts. I guess they noticed I was sweating. They were so sweet and gave me a bottle water. I've have been working in the heat all day. I came in for a restroom break and a quick grab of food. I have a few minutes to eat before going back in the heat. Please know I appreciate y'all.

As with most fast food establishments in this post-pandemic economic consumer circus, food quality and service excellence are nonexistent. Lack luster, low morale staff, definitely overwhelmed by workforce shortage (to their credit). My visit to this McDonald's location was surprisingly pleasant all due to the smiling service received at the drive-thru window. The young lady was fast, efficient, friendly, and just an absolute ray of sunshine!, Even ending our encounter with a positive healthy idea for beating the extreme heat.. she's a keeper, McDonald's!!!.. I see Manager potential 🤩
