I Sure He was not the problem of the situation, but it was just kind of messed up for the fact that my friend was with me and she couldn't use the restroom. It wasn't that he didn't want to let her. It was because someone stole the key. Other then that I have great service.

I always enjoy this tacobell. I come often and always have a good present experience. My food is always hot and yummy! Staff treats me kindly

The burrito is dogfood but everything else tastes pretty good. Usually I get the chalupa or Doritos Locos tacos. Most enjoyable part is the Baja Blast to wash it all down at the end.

Liked the store the best part is their self service kiosk. There are lot of vegetarian options and the self service kiosk allows you to choose veggie mode that filters out to show only veggie options. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I hadn't been to the Bell in a good 40 years. But I was hungry, afoot, and it was a Texas hot day -- so the Bell beckoned. Anything's better than McDonalds, I thought.
And I wasn't disappointed! This old vegan saw a whole lot of changes since my last visit -- expanded menu, empty dining room. The most charming young man waited on me, assuring me that the dine in was open and explaining the menu. To my delight, Taco Bell has much healthier menu options than any other fast food -- including food trucks.
The dining area was perfectly clean and very pleasant. Even the drinks area was spotless and dry. I ate my bean burrito and kvelled at the taste of the sauce! Softly spicy, well rounded, a perfect compliment to the well seasoned pintos ... why oh why had I not been there for so long???
I finished eating and Glory! Even the trash cans were clean and odorless!
Kudos to the manager and crew of Taco Bell, Voss and Hillcroft, Houston. Where the drive through is busy, the walk in is not (why do people want to eat in the car? Gross!), and the food is wonderful, and the service is THE BEST!!!!!

This Taco bell was alright. I know know to always order at the counter and bought a sweet tea. Employee offered me a happy hour drink for 1.00 which I wasn't aware they had. Great job 👏🏾

It was the holiday weekend. They were super busy but the location was clean and Alexis made sure to read the order back, because it was a large order. Super friendly. Staff was all wearing masks and the plastics gloves, which was appreciated.
