Starbucks

I was shopping today and had my kids with me. So it was a bit of a stressful time. I decided to take myself and the kids to Starbucks so they can get their caffeine free Frappuccino, and get me a refresher. I got up to the cash register and a man with a hat (which was so cute) I guess since I was stressed out. I was like “ugh I need a moment my anxiety is bad right now”, and I took a deep breath. He said a few encouraging words. It might have been something small but it really helped me. So thank you. Great experience and calm environment even with the chaos of being in a mall. They were on top of it.

I have only been to Starbucks only three times and had my order wrong and negative interactions. I went to this location and met with Mariah and she was a breathe of fresh air!! She was really nice and she made me feel like I was the president himself. She knew the menu and even suggested trying a new drink item! I would come back just to see her!!

I was shopping and decided to stop by Starbucks to finally use a gift card I’ve been holding on to for a while. The Starbucks experience today was amazing! The entire staff was so friendly and I had the Pleasure of interacting with Mariah. She was so helpful and kind to me and my son! She made us feel so welcomed and my son just loved her. Thank you again Starbucks and Mariah and the entire staff!

I'm sorry my coffee taste is basic, I'm gonna have to recommend their frappes, they're really sweet and barely coffee so my childish heart enjoys them. Other than that the store itself is cool and all it's trying really hard to give rustic minimalist, but instead it's just stressed millennial which is probably 70% their sales so it's fitting. Kinda wish their coffee was cheaper, it's not quite worth all that but the frappes aren't terribly priced.

Fast friendly service. I enjoyed the counter clerk. The staff was upbeat and very helpful and informative about menu items that I had questions about . They have the holiday drinks out right now too which are delicious. We got two free reusable holiday cups as a complimentary gift for ordering holiday drinks as well which was a nice surprise

One of those places that stays packed because of the quality coffee and quality people. I've been there multiple times and can say that they are really nice; the service at times can be a little frustrating but given the circumstances of them being in a mall and having to deal with the mall employees and customers it's understandable. I like how the few issues I had the manager went out of her way to help fix, which made me feel like I was important and not just another patron.
