Always busy but the wait time are usually tolerable. The food is constantly good and comes out relatively quick, considering how crowded they are. The staff is usually polite and professional. The store is overly packed with merchandise making it hard to move around, but you can wait outside if you like.

The crispy fried chicken salad was delicious. Had a glass of sweet tea with it... it's not Southern sweet but it was still good. Sylvia was my server and she was attentive and amazing.

The line was LONG but the wait time was fast. I was super impressed.
I can't remember our server's name but it began with a B and she had 2 stars on her apron. She was GREAT!! She came around and checked on us with perfect timing despite how busy they were.
The food was great. Cooked exactly as requested. I don't like crunchy bacon so I asked for soft bacon and it was just like I cook at home

This location was way better than the one I last reviewed. The food portion was very nice, and the service was outstanding. The place was clean and it looked like the staff worked very well together.

Had to wait for more than an hour to get a table. And once they called us in, it seemed like they made a mistake and weren't actually expecting us so we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to get the table ready.
The service was good. The waitress was extremely kind despite having too many clients.
However, I don't think more than an hour for pancakes is worth the wait. Don't get me wrong, they are good but not mind-blowingly good.
Although the place was filled with people, they should continue to pay attention to the small details, like the presentation of the pancakes, so it doesn't look like they just threw them on the plate.

One of the richest and most beautiful places I have visited in Houston. The food tastes delicious, the pancakes taste amazing and the coffee is also very good. The atmosphere is peaceful with country music playing in the background. It makes you feel like you're on a Texan ranch. People is kind and the store have many good stuff and in a fair price. 100% reccomend this place.

There was a wait to be seated but the gift shop kept me entertained. I had a strawberry mimosa as recommended by my waitress and really enjoyed it. I had the chicken biscuit and it comes with pepper jelly and cream cheese. The cream cheese threw the flavor off. If I order again I would hold the cream cheese. The pepper jelly was delicious. Service was 🔥.

Service here was incredible, The pancakes they served here were the best pancakes I have it in my entire life. The food came very fast and our server was extremely professional, I don’t know his name but he’s a white dude on his 50’s, and served us Friday June 3rd around 4:00 pm , we were sitting in front of the kitchen entrance. This server gave us a incredible service, I’m giving all this details because we were never be treated like that in a restaurant before and we would like the server get congratulated by his team, I don’t live in Houston TX area but Next time I’m around there I’ll be stopping by, thanks !

Dirty tables upon arrival. Asked receptionist if we could switch tables and she gave excuses of not having workers avaliable and refused to move us to a more comfortable table for myself and my guest.
Dylan was our server. He was great, knowledgeable of menu items and friendly face.
Ordered mimosa and it came in a barrel glass halfway full...that was a first for me...I sent that back!
Food was great bot large portions but great tastes. Alot of options to try.
Loved the individual bottles of syrup. Great finishing touch for my first time at Crackel Barrel
