We didn't want to cook for Thanksgiving so we went here. They had a Thanksgiving buffet or off menu. I opted for the buffet. It was a nice atmosphere for our family and the food was good.

Stopped in for lunch. We had the blackened snapper and chicken fried steak. Everything was excellent. Best asparagus and mashed potatoes I've ever had in a restaurant. Waitress was very friendly. Will definitely be back soon.

Exhausting day, so I decided to visit the on-site restaurant Rio Ranch. I had the Blackened Gulf Red Snapper, jasmine rice, and seasonal vegetables.

The food is fine. For breakfast I ordered an avocado and egg toast. The staff is very friendly. Easy to get inside the hotel you have corridors that connect to the restaurant and you don't have to go outside.

The ambiance is excellent. You feel like you are walking into a distinct ranch. The food is tasty, and served at a good temperature - hot but not too hot. The selection is a little limited, but adequate. Parking is no problem. Service is excellent. However, the amount of time from placing the order to receiving the order is extremely slow. We were the only customers present and it was still a very long wait. Worth going for the ambiance, but expect to wait a while after you order.

I had a solo dinner here. I went with chicken Fried chicken, Green beans and mashed potatoes. The food was delicious, hot, and Fresh but a little over priced it in my opinion. The service was great. Mohammed what's my server. I had a drink from the bar, I'm not exactly sure what it was.

Sunday Brunch was so amazing. Got there a few minutes after and they still offered the most spectacular brunch my belly has ever had... oh, I'm so full! Food was so delicious, couldn't stop. Great price for a great experience. Need ro work off some calories before I come back, but will definitely be back!

Tried something new for brunch and Rio did not disappoint! I was a bit late so I mixed their brunch menu items for their regular menu offered just what I wanted! The vegetables/vegetarian pasta was good! The vegetables in the pasta weren’t over cooked! My fries were slightly hard but other than that it was fine. I don’t know whether the it’s muffins or cornbread or cornbread muffins but they are delicious and soft!
