Been here a three times in the last couple of months each time they have no Dr Pepper. Other than that service and food was good.

I went though the drive thru and the order taker was super friendly and made sure my order was right. The lady in back booth verified my order and was super sweet. The young lady in second window got me my food quickly. This is the only Burger King in Fayetteville I care to eat at everyone is always super friendly and make sure their customers are happy.

Incredible service, they always treat us with great kindness and Andrea is always aware that we do not lack anything and that we are pleased. the atmosphere is very good and the food is always made at the moment. thanks for such a good service!!!

This is by far, the cleanest and friendliest Burger King we have ever been in. The employees were friendly, the food was hot and fresh and the dining room was very clean. Thank you to the franchisees of this location for being so conscientious about their establishment! We will eat there again !!

I stopped in to order something to go and all the ladies were so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh and that I had everything I needed. Being a OTR truckers wife, I don’t see great customer service most of the time but you ladies rock! I’ll definitely be a return customer. Keep up the great work!

Customer service is always good every time I go there. Food is as expected for fast food. The coffee is usually good, but today it tasted like hot water. I got a breakfast meal and the pot was empty. She said it won't take long to brew a fresh cup. I watch her and she didn't even change the filter and add new coffee grounds.

They definitely need to do better. We had to get back to the drive-thru because we got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Then we ended up having to get something totally different to drink because the lady claimed she put sugar in the tea, but it was unsweet. Not only that I had asked them to put pickles on the chicken sandwiches we ordered, and they didn't even bother to put pickles on either sandwich.
Edit: The cashier, Antoine, is very nice. He greets me with a "How are you doing?" and a smile, and is very polite. I think the service has gotten better, too; the food is nice and hot when I get it, and I enjoy the $5 Your Way Meal!

It is rough out there. Nice restaurants that have drive-thrus have tons of lines. The competitors around Hope Mills have suffered so I don't go there anymore. I came here and although I had to wait in line I understand about staff issues. I made sure I told the people at the window how much I appreciated them. They were all very nice and polite. But when I got my food they were two of the most delicious double cheeseburgers I have ever had at a Burger King. My whole night was changed because of the quality of that food and the people working. Definitely check them out if you're hungry you will not be disappointed.
