I learned one thing today.. (not on burger king) but the establishment of the property is definitely not wheelchair accessible.. the "ramp" has a step down to it which could be dangerous for anyone who's handicap

World famous fast-food chain and home of the Whopper. Employees are always friendly, and the quality of food is what you'd expect from any location. Being in Hawaii, they are a little more pricey, even compared to other national fast-food chains on the island, so pro tip: take advantage of the survey on their receipts to get a free Whopper with purchase of a keiki sized drink and fries.

Food always comes out nice and hot. Service was good and quick. Dining-in is now available. Very clean. It's at a good spot right by the bus stop for riders. The only part is the homeless hangs out in front of the business on the sidewalk (not blocking the entry) and the bus stop. They dont bother from the times I passed or enter BK, but just a heads up.

Saturday lunchtime was fairly quiet with not much foot traffic. Did notice staff when no customer at counter cleaning tables, replacing trash bag.
Staff are courteous and responsive. The food taste fine though the chicken fries are of unequal lengths, enjoyed honey mustard. Prices are rising, but not by a lot and reasonable for fast food.

The prices were kinda high for a whopper, $25 for two whopper meals, but you can eat inside and the girls are nice that work there. If you don't have $10 you probably won't be able to eat there. The nice Resturant next door is actually cheaper than this place.

I like the staff at this location; they're very nice. The only drawback today was a couple of homeless people asking for food. There wasn't much the manager could do since they were also buying, but it was sad. I got a sandwich for one of them because I've been hungry and a little desperate myself before, but it's a bit of a bring down.

Stumbled upon this BK on out way to town no drive thru but it was new. Service was fast and very friendly staff food was great thanks for the great service.

Location is relatively new with a clean modern interior. Staff are not particularly friendly, but they get the job done efficiently. They don't have a drive thru, so staff are focused and turnaround is fast. Parking available in the back; access from Kona St. I have no complaints.
