This location is close to Honolulu International Airport, so it tends to be busy with hungry travelers and employees of nearby businesses. The drive-thru line is on the slow side, so I'd recommend ordering ahead and picking up your order inside. Parking spaces aren't plentiful but usually available. Open 24/7!

My favorite McDonald’s location on the island. I only mobile order, but my food is always hot and ready in a timely manner. Yesterday when I walked in to pick up my breakfast I was greeted with a warm smile and the employee kindly said “Jessica?” As she stood by my order. So nice to see this location is orderly and appears to be a nice location to work at. Thank you!! I work nearby and my coworkers and I frequently put in separate mobile orders and send 1 person to go pick everything up. Even with larger orders they seem to be very organized. They even gave us all fresh fries once when my coworker took longer than usual to arrive for pick up.

Not a good experience with drive thru. No one was at the window to give us our order OR greet us. We waited, then proceeded to the next window, which we saw the previous car leave from. No one came to ask if we were being helped. So we reversed back to the first window. Then the rude person gave us our order and said something that upset me. We left and never went back. MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE AT THE PICK UP WINDOW IN DRIVE THRU TO GREET THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Had to stop by a McDonald's in Hawaii to try some local only menu items. This location is near by all the rental car pickups and gas stations, so a good place to stop in if you are picking up or dropping off a rental car. Clean and modern McDonalds, has the automated ordering system present in most McDonalds nowadays. I picked out the McTeri (Teriyaki burger) and Saimin noodles as a side (noodles with fish cake, seafood, and a bit of pork). Teriyaki burger was as expected, smothered in Teriyaki sauce, but it works. Saimin noodles are fairly bland, but the fish cake and seaweed add to the flavour. Manager of this location was friendly, I joked with him about why I was choosing these menu items, since I've never seen them before. Another staff member commented he didn't even know they served Teriyaki burgers, so maybe its a tourist thing? Worth the experience!

This location is close to the airport, right across the street from a gas station, ihop, and Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s a VERY busy area with cars parked on the street so the view is blocked. It can be hard to get back out into the main road. It’s a very nice, new building. It’s one of the smaller ones on the island, has no Play Place, and it’s very hard to hear the drive thru attendant because of the highway traffic. There are two lanes, though, so the line goes pretty quickly. The employees are very friendly! Food is made quickly, and they seem to work hard at getting the orders correct. There’s almost no parking, though, so plan on going thru the drive thru every time. There is actually a security guard who monitors the limited parking, giving tickets.
