Love this place. It's just an average McDonald's the feral chickens that hang around outside make it an interesting attraction. Yes I did say feral chickens.

They still serve fried apple pies!!! They were delicious. I haven't had one in at least 20 years and when I tell you it was almost a spiritual experience biting into one, I mean it! Thank you Hawaii. 🙌🏻

Above average for a McDonald's. Crew is friendly, food is good, location is great, never had an issue getting ice cream

Better than the mainland. Apple pies look to be the older and tastier style and everything is constructed better.
Edit: I noticed recently that the location was stingy on fries for a bit. I eventually mentioned it to an employee there and they gave me what I thought was lip service saying that they will work on that. From then on, never had that issue again.

The food and service was as expected. They weren’t too crowded which was nice. The wait for the food was fine and of course the French fries were amazing - hot and fresh and the perfect amount of salt. Always pretty quick with getting the ordered prepared.
