Verbano Italiano Ristorante

I was looking for a nice cozy place to eat and this restaurant hit the spot. The food was delicious. My BF had the chicken Parm and said it was pounded and breaded to perfection. I had the shrimp scampi and the sauce was lovely. Just right without a greasy too much butter flavor. The shrimp were almost jumbo size and flavorful with extra spirits of lemon on the side. The parmesan to top everything off was not overpowering and added a little umph. The dessert was yummy but frozen. The prices are not too steep and match the portion size. The lemonade tastes fresh squeezed and more tart than overly sugary. The staff was attentive and encouraging without being pushy. Super sweet and kind. We will definitely be back.

Hubby and I LOVE coming here to eat because of the great service, yummy food, and the calming atmosphere. We recently dined here to celebrate our 11th anniversary and was greeted warmly by our hostess. She always remembers what drinks we like best, our favorite dessert, and suggests the best dishes for us to try. And although I keep forgetting to get her name, she makes us feel very welcome, like coming home. Thank you, Verbano, for making our special nights extra special every time we visit!!

Excellent food! I have been here a number of times and gotten the fettuccini with added vegetables with a light white sauce. It is so very tasty. Also added to my delightful experience a slice of their ice coffee and chocolate cream pie and was out if this world! My friend always gets the bruschetta which she just loved. I saw a negative review on Trip Advisor but this has never been my experience at this restaurant so I would not let this keep my from enjoying a great meal at Verbano’s. There is only one sever and bring lots of quarters for parking which is street parking and behind the business. And enjoy a small great place to eat.
