Gotta try everything. My favorites that i get all the time are garlic chicken, cone sushi, vegetable tempura, potaoto hash, and mac salad. Hardly get parking but worth looking and even parking on the street. I always end up buying extra for lunch or dinner. Long time Local favorites

I grew up in Kalihi, Gulick Deli just brings back memories of my childhood. Always on my must place to visit whenever I’m in town. The food is just as good as I remember. However, the prices has gone up lately.

By the time we arrived at 1:00 p.m. the County workers nearly cleared out the place or all the food! The chicken that was left we purchased and it was amazing!

Very good okazuya at premium prices. Single plates can run very high, but I like to get a box and share among people. Some of the shoyu based items can be salty, so choose carefully. The staff is quick to serve, and I like how they call for extra helpers from the back when it gets busy. I hope this place never closes. Also great for potlucks. I often order items instead of making them. The nishime, namasu, potato salad, chow fun, etc. is as good as home made

We typically stop by Gulick to pick up okazuya before heading to the zoo or Kapiolani park.

Great for deli cravings. Always get more than we need. This time, we stopped for sushi, gobo, teri chicken, hot dog, and chow fun. All as good as always. Parking still a premium but service is quick so cars leave fairly often.
