Mobile ordered a pink drink with no ice and they gave me ice in it. Another time I mobile ordered a frappuccino and they gave me a hot drink. I also applied for a job here and got an interview, but they never got back to me and this was over a month ago.

Need a Starbucks coffee on Sunday? Well it's the only one downtown that's open seemingly. That's not a bad thing it's just a heads up. The usual coffee but in downtown Honolulu on Sunday. Nice.

Placed an online order, they filled it, I walked out. I didn't have to interact with people. Person behind the register seem really nice to other customers for the small amount of time I was there. Wish there was a better option instead of plastic cups and straws for people that go occasionally spur of the moment.

I'm a blind customer and the staff was super helpful and patient, talking me through what items were available to order, being specific about ounces for the drink sizes, and even bringing me my order directly since it would kind of be a pain for me to try to find my seat again. Oh, and they even helped me to find a seat. The music volume was not overpowering and it was a pleasant way to spend time.

My go to when traveling because I know what I'm getting. Gouda bacon sand is my fave. Do not get the chorizo sandwich. It was so bad I returned it! I got to get on their points system for free stuff. I wish they just signed you up at store. Wouldn't that be nice n easy.
