Fantastic experience. First time having empanadas. They are delicious. We had one of each highly recommend. Gentleman was extremely kind and helpful. Exactly the type of establishment you'd like to go to support.

Authentic Colombian cuisine right here in Honolulu!! Absolutely delicious!! And Juan Miguel is a compliment to the food!! Great choice when in Waikiki and are feeling hungry. We will return!!! Gracias!!!!

Beef potato is gooood. So is the chicken. Try the white sauce and green sauce with the potato and try the green sauce with the chicken. Delicious. Limited seat but it’s a food truck, but found random chairs. Would eat again. Also like the corn dough

I’m Colombian and was very surprised to find this spot while visiting Hawaii. The staff i met during the day & night are very friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting much of these empanadas since i was in the middle of the Pacific and far away from Colombia but they were actually very flavorful. However, the only downside is that they reheat the empanadas so i wish they would be made fresh.

So good, we ordered twice! This truck is located on the side street next to the Hyatt Place. We tried all flavors. The crust on each empanada was crisp and fluffy. The beef filling and samosa filling truly burst with flavor. Also, get extra green sauce!

Very delicious South American food. Couldn't get enough of it. As a cheese lover, I loved their triple cheese empanadas. At $4 for an empanada, I found it reasonable compared to other places around Waikiki.

These were by far the BEST flaky empanadas I have ever had. Normally empanadas are to thick and minimal filling on the inside. NOT Mamis!!! These were stuffed full and exquisite. I had the beef, beef and potato& arroz con pollo all delicious. You can get two sauces..I chose the green and garlic. Apparently the green is the fav and it’s good but my favorite was the garlic. It added to the flavor of the empanadas more in my opinion.

The best place to eat in Waikiki. Alex is my #1 chef in Honolulu Hawaii! He makes the best empanadas in the world! No kidding! I order family size all the times! Price is great!
