Denny's

Good food, HORRIBLE management. Only place in town that's open after 10pm. We always go knowing that service will be terrible. But sometimes, not often we'll get good service. Always understaffed. No management on duty. If so, they're in the back hiding, and damn sure not helping on the floor. For instance tonight we waited approximately 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Keep in mind there were nine customers and 1 waitress which is the norm as far as waitress/waiters go, but very nice and polite without any training whatsoever. Again that falls back on management. So if owner replies, it will be all this 'we take full responsibility' BS. And don't blame it on anything other than poor management because it's been this way for years. Trashcan overflowing by the entrance and trash blown all over the place.

I really like breakfast for lunch or dinner, so having a restaurant to eat my favorite food any time I want, is great! The staff at the Henderson location are always friendly, even when they are busy. (It seems like they are understaffed.) The restaurant is clean and I like the variety of dishes. The only complaint I have, is that when they changed the menu, they stopped serving the special pancakes and coffee creamer that I liked. Other than that, I guess you could say that I really like them, since I go there at least 2-3 times a month, LOL!

I’m not from Henderson, I traveled from Austin to spend Mother’s Day in Henderson with my mom. We decided to go to Denny’s as a family. First segregated all Hispanics to one side and all the white people to another side. We sat down, waited 15 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. She waited 10 minutes to bring the drinks. Took our order and placed the order 45 minutes later. I have never felt so disrespected.

food is always good, my complaint is our server needs to be more customer oriented and not be playing around we are trucking and he cost us valuable time because he was in the back talking and we seen him eating food not taking care of what we needed my husband gave him a tip I Would give him zero star but just trying to be nice with a 3 he needs to follow the little blonde girl that is a go-getter of a hustler he’s just a little bit on the lazy side~ to begin with he brought my salad no salad dressing I had it half eaten before he finally got my dressing (then had to remind him) did not bring our lemons like we ask until later then at the end my hubby finally had to go ask for a to go box and he made a comment about the guy he is not an asset to your company!!!!

It’s not listed in their menu that their onions have eggs in them. I ordered breakfast/lunch for my friend and I and got a breakfast meal with scrambled eggs. There were onions which I am allergic to in the eggs. This was not listed that there would be onions in the eggs. Which first off who puts onions in eggs??? There’s no place in the delivery app (because it was turned down by the restaurant) to add a note for allergies. So I was not only not aware that the eggs had something I was allergic to in them but also not able to advise the restaurant hey don’t put onions anywhere near my food.

I work late it was too late to go home and fix something and the only two places that were open was Whataburger or Denny's so I decided to go to Denny's and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was very good the waiter was polite friendly kept my coke topped off. Please don't forget to tipp your waiter/ waitress.
