Burger King

Cashier name on my receipt was Thomas even though a woman took my order, took my card for payment, and gave me my food. I went through the drive thru for my daughter and ordered the #12 chicken fry combo. After they gave me my bag and I pulled up to check the food to make sure it is right and for some reason, i dont know if they were pranking or what but when I pulled the box containing what i thought was chicken fries, was nothing but a bunch of RAW ONION SLICES. Again no attitudes or anything during the experience while ordering, paying or receiving the bag. I shouldve took a photo of it but i was so upset, i instantly walked inside and got what i paid for. I believe it was done on purpose as some joke and i hope they are not doing it to others. I will not go there again.

I ordered online gave the order attendant my coupon number pulled around I was given cold food.Had an add on to my original order and was given the wrong sandwich and was charged without my coupon so I asked to speak to the manager he accused me of wanting free food.Put my money on the wall surface and threatened to call the police.Sorry service ,the marquee lights are out and drive through windows are very filthy .The manager was a short stature African American guy with poor customer service and poor management skills.The food was terrible . I was mistreated. I will be calling the Corporate Office. In my opinion BK oinRuin Creek Road ,Henderson need to treat the customers with dignity and pay them to eat their food instead of threats from the manager!!!!12/9/2021

No chicken tenders, no cheese sauce for Philly cheeseburger, no grill marks on burger. Tasted like it was sitting in boiled water. We were only ones in restraint and had to wait 15 minutes for our food. Then they put it in a bag after we clearly stated it was for there. Bathrooms were disgusting. Very unsanitary. Should have health department go in there.
