Hardee's

Fast and so far the Ultimate Sausage biscuits that I got was probably the best I've had really. Called back to let them know as it was well worth my money and I'm sure they were happy to hear some positive feedback. I'm sure there's been plenty of negative feedback but we're all people, we need some positive in our lives

I waited in the drive through line for at least 10 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and 2 large sweet teas and finally got to the window where I have the lady a $20 bill and she refused to give me my change. My husband went inside with the 2 biscuits and 2 teas and the receipt and she got nasty and belligerent and still refused to give him the change. I have tried to speak with the manager over the phone but apparently they don't like to answer phones either. All I can say I pitiful customer service and don't think I will be going back!! By the way this was on the date of 02-16-2022.

Their parking lot is sorta a pain to get in and out of and I hate that their drive through speaker is diagonal to the curb. I've gotten breakfast here a few times now and lunch once. Tasted like normal Hardee's and had no issues. Employees are polite and everything is fairly quick. And so far just one employee who needed to speak louder but the cattywampus drive-thru speaker is part of that problem. But I'll be back.

7/11/22 I ordered a Western bacon cheeseburger and the burger was awful. There was no bacon, the onion rings were very hard and dry. I called, but no one answered. Please do better! This should not have happened at all, this visit was just totally ruined by the preparation of this burger. ...months ago The service was quick and my food was hot. Very happy with this visit!!
