Taco Bell

Honestly they should have received 50 or so 1 stars from me over the years but the most recent visit encouraged me to sign in. Terrible customer service from the top down. They consistently cut you off while ordering to ask if you’re done, then get your order wrong and will treat you like it’s your fault. This time the food was inedible as well

Sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes saying hello about 5 times. There was a line developing behind me. I got fed up and pulled around to the window and told the lady what happened and she said “no” I’ve been standing here the whole time. Acting like I was lying and told me I would have to pull back around to order. The food isn’t even worth it, what a sorry excuse for a restaurant.

So the only saving grace of this Taco Bell is the employees are nice. Otherwise, it's a nightmare. They're always out if things. You'll order on the app only to arrive and discover what you already ordered isn't avaliable. It's SO SLOW, especially the drive thru and that wouldn't be so bad if you got what you paid for but no. 9 times out of 10 something will be wrong or just flat out missing and then you have to go through the drive thru again to get it fixed because a lot of times the doors are locked so going in isn't an option. I can't imagine if this place was also a KFC and they had to deal with chicken too

Dang taco bell.... how are you gonna let McDonalds out do you on your snackwrap knockoff.😩🤣 Mcnuggets are bigger than the baby chicken tender in this taco. The sauce is good but where is the rest? I burrito rolled this and I'm convinced a Vienna sausage is longer. Size matters. Add a nugget or drop the price to $1.50. I'm not mad, Just disappointed.
