Arby's

Waited at the drive thru for a crazy amount of time considering there was 3 cars including myself. When I finally got to the menu board I waited for what felt like forever. Right as I was about to drive off a voice asked me for my order; which I gave... Silence. Then a different voice came across the speaker so I order again. When I got up to the window the lady didn't say a word to me or even look at me, she was so invested in whatever conversation she was having with her coworker. She took my card and handed me my small shake all but simultaneously which was great. Then I waited I'm not sure how long but from when I looked at the clock and got my slider I'd waited 8 minutes. Which is kind of just crazy to me. If she would've opened the window and said something at least like "her we're running a little behind" or ANYTHING that would've been fine but like I said she didn't even look at me let alone talk to me. I don't go here very often cause I always see long lines and assume they're busy but no, there just ridiculously slow. Wouldn't go again

Have always loved it there until today. Got roast beef sandwich meet was very dry but at it about 2 hrs later I was very sick. Talking to my neighbor she went to same one last week 3 hrs after getting home sick just like me. Thought I was going to have to go to ER but finally stopped running. I may try it again later but not soon. Such good workers there very friendly.
