Ws a nice change. First Bojangles we have been to where their attitudes matches the goodness of the food. Yesterday roughly 10amish the staff was on point. The dining room lady was so pleasant and was full of energy. I am just floored at the experienced because we most certainly do not get the same level in Virginia Beach. 5 stars to this amazing team. 💕

Bojangles in North Carolina have the sausage gravy for the mashed potatoes. Prepare yourself if you looking for the brown gravy. You will be disappointed. The chicken however was fresh. I couldn’t enjoy it because I needed brown gravy with my mashed potatoes. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly!

I ordered the three piece dinner and the best part was the regular biscuit. The chicken was fine with the skin on but very fatty without. The lady in the drive through handed us our food without a bag, I had to ask for one. I was not impressed by this location but I will say the drive through moved quickly, the staff had gloves and masks on properly and the store looked clean.

Great food. Amazing fries, but they did not have any grilled chicken ready for the salads. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for them to cook the chicken.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited in line for 30mins, once I got to the window the staff was extremely rude and ghetto having side bar conversations and serving cold chicken. They let me know they didn't have Macaroni after I paid for it and once I asked for my money back I could hear a very unprofessional employee yell "it's $2.50" as if I shouldn't be asking for my money back because it's just $2.50. The staff definitely needs more training

Friendly staff! Service is always quick and friendly. Always have great food and service. In spite of being really busy, the drive thru line moves extremely fast 💨 ! Great food quality! Great chicken... amazing fluffy biscuits. Good seasoned fries 🍟! Sweet tea ☕️ is always delicious 😋 food is always hot and tasty! The dining area is always clean and well maintained. I absolutely enjoy 😉 dining at this bojangles location 🖤

Don't go at night, people are tired and when you order take-out for a family size tailgate by the time you get home the food is cold. The kids didn't even eat the food.
