Chick-fil-a

Every time we get food here we never get the receipt so we can add it to the app to earn points. 🙄 This time we ordered 4 chicken minis, instead we got 10 piece chicken nuggets 😒. Now for the good stuff, Their food is really good, alway cooked fresh and never have to wait long. Now if they fix the 1st 2 issues next time I'll update my review 🙂

Don’t even waste your time!!! I waiting in line for over 35 minutes because the drive through was not being served! Yet on the inside people could receive food immediately! So after 40 minutes of waiting because I couldn’t get out the drive through lane they decided to come back outside and do their jobs. When I got to the window, I asked what took so long and she just ignored me. No apology for the wait or anything and when I finally get home and open my food there is hair on my chicken nuggets. I am livid, no one wants to get off work and wait 40 minutes for food with hair in it. Tomorrow I’m going to get a refund and definitely won’t be back! Terrible customer service!

Just got home hoping to enjoy the spicy chicken deluxe combo I purchased only to bite into a sandwich containing chicken that is NOT COOKED. I tried to call to voice my complaint to whoever the manager is on duty, but upon calling the number you can’t get through to anyone, only leave a message. Chick-fil-a of Henderson please check food temperatures and stop serving undercooked food to customers!!

Went through the drive thru to try to order lunch. It's 10:03am. I get it, its not going to be available yet. But I tell them I don't need to pick it up unto 10:25am. So I'm willing to pay and wait in a space and be happy to do it. I was going to get three meals. Was told it couldn't happen. Ask why they couldn't do it, they said they can't drop the fries early. "My manager said there's no way we can do that" was the response I got. AITA?? I literally just needed it 5 minutes before "lunch" started so I could be where I needed to at 10:30. Even explained this to them. They told me I needed to come back at 10:30 and order it. No, thanks. It's 10:12 and I'm at smithfields waiting for my food.

Today was the second time that I had visited this location and I was disappointed both times. It took the longest to place our orders. She didn’t ask if we needed sauces. There were four people with fries and I asked for ketchup and we were given 3 packs. Asked for extra pickles on two sandwiches and one sandwich plain with no pickles and then pickles on the plain, fries were not hot and were tough, chicken was not hot and cheese did not even melt. Not our favorite location to visit!!!!
