Got a chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. Usually it's warm and not very fresh. This time is was hot and fresh. I guess it depends who's in the back cooking.

We just got home and had waited 35 minutes because we wanted legs and no wings. Didn't bother us at all. But after getting home we find our chicken soaking in grease. There is at least a inch in the bottom of both buckets. The chicken is stuffed in the box and it's all a mess. We order 16 piece with 4 large sides. The sides were pathetic. I mean the containers were only 1/3 full . I also order 8 piece and 4 extra biscuits. Full of grease . They knew we were feeding several people and choose to skimp heavily on the sides we paid for. There wasn't 2 table spoons of gravy. I'm very up set spent 66$ for this.
We had waited a long time they knew we were patient. But choose to transfer chicken with out properly draining. I will be emailing with pictures. Oh and we drove to the next state because the one in ours is also horrible.

They need to assist front counter just as good as they assist drive thru that is not the only business they have.

My wife ordered 12 chicken tenders...what we got was 12 small pieces of cut up chicken. The manager denied there was a problem with this. Breaking something in 2 to double it might fool a 2-year-old but that's not the typical customer. The lack of concern just makes it so much worse.

They were only open for drive thru and the guy in drive thru didn’t have his mask on the proper way and was rude and didn’t give us straws or utensils and was charged 2.59 for slaw like this

Horrible. I ordered a 3 piece dinner all white double coleslaw. They tried to give me 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I tried to give it back the little BOY said he can't take it back. I dropped it in your drive-thru. I hope with employees like that you fail. I Will pas this information around. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. 👍

This place was trashed food was nasty and the service was horrible waited 20 minutes for gravy and the buffet was dried out
