Chuck E. Cheese's

This is one of the cleanest Chuck E Cheese's I've ever been too!! The games were clean, the staff was really nice everyone seemed happy so that means they are happy and I truly believe they take pride in their work. The whole place was clean, salad bar was fresh/neat and so was the food didn't take long for the pizza to come out. I like that the staff constantly walked around to check games at other locations I've experienced the staff hiding and being disgruntled over you telling them the games aren't working these guys fixed right away and even swiped so you can get your credits back. They also wipe the games down, the restrooms were very clean as well. They have this cool animated floor mat the kids loved it! I think I fell in love with this location so did my kids we stayed here for over 2 hours definitely got everyone in bed early after this adventure!

My kid loves it here. Leaving a 4 start because when we were there they had a birthday party and no chuck. Said his nose was broken. No backup costume? AND the electronic one wasn't working. Id be upset if I was paying for that party. Some of the games don't work but will take your money. I will say the staff is always super friendly and helpful. One girl gave my kid like 5 prizes and didn't even take any of her tickets/credits. I insisted she take some, I felt bad. She was like nope, all good. I think she just likes seeing the kids light up when they get a prize. I'll keep coming her for sure!

I must say that as a manager I am very impressed by the work ethic of a young man that works here name Larry. I brought my granddaughter here after school and it was so nice. Yes it was crazy and busy but I sat back and watched Larry continue to work with a smile on his face so I know that he enjoys his job. If he is not a manager I truly see that position in his future! Thank you we will definitely be back.

We went with our 2 grandsons ages 4 and 2 on 5/13 WORST EXPERIENCE at the Chuckie Cheese on Sunset Rd!!! IF i could give them negative stars I would!!! Waited over and 1 1/2 hours just to have cold pizza and cold 5 boneless wings, not to mention OVER priced 41 plus tax and that did not include any game play! We will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
