Del Taco

I grew up with Del Taco in Southern California. Happy there's one not far from me. I always go with their bean & cheese burritos, but it tastes so much better when you order it with less beans, extra cheese, & extra red sauce! Their medium sauce "Del Scorcho" is my family's favorite, always fighting for the little packages to add to our food. I've just learned you can actually order these hot sauce packages online! Awesome!

Was descent for a min, now it's a definite pass, employee's are always angry or semi rude, fries are always drenched in oil inside made my son and I sick after eating a handfulhandful which means they're being cooked in oil not hot enough, that leaves all other food questionable, real bummer as my family loves del taco. Need better employee's who understand that without customers there's no job which equals no paycheck.

I have to say this is not the kind of review I like to leave. I love Dell taco and their food. But the service and transparency was horrible. After standing in line for 10 minutes, I reach the cashier to place my order. As I finish with my order the cashier tells me oh" I forgot to tell you we are out of beef!! I thought he was joking at first. I said your kidding, he replys, I'm sorry I forgot to mention to you we are out of beef.. Are you kidding me you have us wait in line for 10 mins let me order all my food which was a larger order. Then telll me this unbelievable.. that should be the first thing mentioned as i was greeted. Something s sign.on the door or drive threw.. This does not reflect on all the Dell tacos. Just the location on Saintrose. It seems to always be something at the location. Messed up my order several times. But I still came back.... stuff happens I'm very understanding. But this last experience was the last. Unbelievable..

I went to the Del Taco on St. Rose on the 21st of February. I used the drive thru and started to order. Before I was done ordering the person taking my order started almost yelling in a very rude tone SIZE AND DRINK! I finished my order but it was not acknowledged and the guy started yelling SIZE AND DRINK! again. At that point I said nevermind I'm not ordering with you. As I drove away they were making the 3 or 4 people in the drive thru park and wait for their orders. I would like to eat here but will just go to a different one if they don't get new employees and better training. Hopefully the owner of this franchise will take some action.

I came in last night around 7pm-8pm, I ordered a great amount of crispy tacos. Some of them were wrong. I called today cuz they didn't answer last night. When I was talking to the girl she had a not so great attitude, because someone was calling to make a complaint, I have never in my history of living wrote a complaint ever. But when she hung up on me cuz I told her I couldn't find my receipt, and she said "honey" "sweetie" I asked her to not call me that and I'm not that to her...Because it sounds condescending and rude and not professional. I found the receipt and can't wait to take it to her.
