Chopstix

Ordered my food from here and when I got it delivered and was about to eat my wife and I find a used staple on the bottom of our egg roll. My wife was about to take a bite when we spotted the staple luckily stopping her from potentially getting hurt from it. I called the store to let them know about the incident and the owner said best he can do is 15% discount on the next order. Like really? For an unsanitary mistake they made they couldn't offer to remake my order not even a refund just fresh clean food. When I spoke to owner he was very unprofessional about the situation and didn't really seem to care . Food was good but after lack of customer service and health protocols I will never order from here again

After passing this place constantly for months everytime I leave the shopping center after hitting up walmart my curiosity got the better of me and jumped in here for a quick bite. I like that their menu isn't overwhelmingly large for a Chinese spot and they have all the greatest hits plus some new ones. Grabbed a lunch plate to go and while the prices have gone up a bit the value felt worth it and the food was super fresh. Has a nice hole in the wall feel with just a few seats and mostly counter service but it's got a relaxing vibe.

So I was so excited to get my delivery today. Delivery was fast and I ordered 3 entrees. (Made a nice sized order and gave a nice sized tip). The only thing I asked for was hot mustard and chopsticks.. Makes sense right? The restaurant is named Chopstix so I assumed I would at least get those… WRONG. When I have date nite with my wife and we eat Chinese, we make a thing of it and eat with chopsticks.. So it’s my birthday and I’m here breaking my date ritual over something so simple, that lets me know the food and order was rushed and details were skipped. The food is decent but wasn’t hot and there were none of the requested condiments or chopsticks. Delivery is fast and the driver is polite but was rushed and incomplete. Would not recommend.

Pretty disappointed with the food. It was recommended for having a few East Coast options, it wasn’t the comparison factor that I will complain about but the actual food that I got. The boneless spareribs were tough and borderline inedible. The spring roll was mushy inside. The fried rice wasn’t bad but nothing memorable. Overall not terrible but there are plenty of better options around.

Staying in Henderson, NV after vacationing in Northern AZ Canyon Country. Hungry the family decided on Chinese food. Found Chopstix on Yelp. Mostly good reviews and decided to order for take-out. The owner who answered was very articulate and friendly. Made ordering a large meal for four easy. Showed up 20 min later and the food had just been boxed up. The owner was very friendly and helpful showing me each order to ensure everything was correct. Sent me on my way with plates, napkins, chopstix, and folks. The meal was outstanding! Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, Fried Rice, & Pork Pad Thai were all perfect! Highly recommend Chopstix!

Sweet and sour chicken was deep fried, greasy nuggets served with a bowl of red sauce. Fried rice and noodles were extremely salty and bland. Cream cheese wontons lacked flavor and were greasy as well. Sesame chicken lacked flavor as well - more deep fried chicken nuggets with some boring brown sauce on it. Would never go back here.

Staying across the street at the Sunset Station we found this gem within walking distance. Great meal! Freshly prepared. Quick service. A lot of food at a good price. We enjoyed the fried dumpling (potsticker) appetizer, the Three Delights plate and beef lo mien. A top notch meal from some great friendly people. They speak several dialects so try out your Chinese. Mostly a take out business so service to their 6 tables is on disposable plates. We will be back!
