Arby's

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich to take the challenge, which was supposed to come with a shake. No shake came with it and actually they had no shakes other than a mint chocolate which was the only selection. This location said they won't make any substitutions ,we didn't want one just the shake with the sandwich. Very poor service especially since this was a advertisement on T.V.. and they couldn't get it right. Didn't go to Arby's usually and sure won't go back

Update Feb 2022: It's been a few months since I wrote my last review. One very important aspect about fast food is consistency. You should expect that the food quality and service to be exactly the same every single time you visit. You'd expect that your fries and sandwich to taste the same 6 months ago as it does today and 2 years from now. That's what makes good fast food. This Arby's location has accomplished that. Kudos to you! I've upgraded this review to 5-stars. Congrats. I really like their Roast Beef and Beef n Cheddar sandwiches. In the past years, their service was not so great and I would drive farther away to a different Arby's. But in recent months (since about Sept 2021), they've been a lot better. I can't give them a full 5 star rating right now because the poor service in the past. I will update this in the future if the good service and food quality remains consistent.

I ordered French dip, curly fries, mozzarella sticks & root beer. I LOVE the French dip. The dip was great. I was surprised, but delighted. The thing that lowers this review from a 5 star to a 4 star, is this. The oil used for the curly fries & mozzarella sticks is overdue to be changed. It's rancid & affects the flavor of the fries & sticks. They need to change the oil more often. 2/18/22 - I came again for my 2nd time. The French Dip was great, the mozzarella sticks nice & cheesy. The situation with the oil, unfortunately, hasn't been corrected. The oil is rancid & creating a bad taste with the curly fries & mozzarella sticks. I will be trying another location next time. 2 stars.

Terrible service from Amber today at the Stephanie location in henderson. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and short with me for no reason at the drive-thru. We usually buy 8-12 meals for our company & we will definitely not be coming back here after that unless someone else decides they'll deal with her attitude. I will never understand people who work in customer service and treat their customers like dirt.

Went thru drive thru, so can't comment on atmoshpere. Had to repeat myself 4-5x before person understood my request!?!?!😠 checked my food before i left & still didn't do what i asked.... i wasnted cheese SPLIT on both buns & there was a ***MINISCULE*** amount on bottom bun!?!? Everything was on top bun--NOOOOT what i asked for. They were RUDE when i said there was hardley any cheese on bottom!

Order#DT344 @642PM Usually get good service but today was horribly awful customer service. Becuz of hr. Chng i was reading sign at drive thru when girls voice asked to help i said oh youre open her sassy remark was "I said how may i help you" i commented to cashier ur girl taking order is RUDE. also as leaving she made sure to give me my order makes another snide remark as she points to me and says "YOU" have a nice day. You n ur attitude represented Arbys in a HORRIBLE way today
