I don't want to be unfair to the owner or operator of the restaurant, however, I did have a problem with my order. A relatively new employee was not familiar with the pricing. In all fairness to the employee she was trying to resolve the pricing for my unusual order. I asked for all meat, cheese and red sauce burritos. She over charged me and wanted to over charged me for the second one. The shift manager caught the mistake and rectify the error. I was very grateful. When I received my food the burrito was cold but contains was warm. I had enough and did not complain to the manager because of the treatment I had received in the beginning. I just sucked it up and left. Regardless of the age of the server,the frontline staff set the tone for the customer dining experience and should be well verse in pricing and menu items.

A great trip. Some times you just want an easy experience. Z was an unexpected gift. Se was kind, courteous, friendly, and really changed my perspective. Thank you Taco Bell for a most satisfying and unexpected visit.

The staff at this location are quite good. Today I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with beef. The problem, as I saw it, was that there was almost no beef or cheese. I tore the wrap apart to examine it and could quite literally count the pieces of beef. They're getting 2 stars only because the staff is good because the food is cheating the public.

This is not a one star review for customer service or any of the drive thru, or counter employees.
Which each time I come is absolutely phenomenal.
This is a one star review for the general manager of this store who, for the past several months have FAILED to sufficiently staff the restaurant. The lines are ONLY long when I notice they are working on bare bones staff. It’s highly unprofessional from a manager perspective being SO neglectful of your location to the point where your lobby is almost always closed during posted business hours, and send all curbside and in store pick up orders through the already ridiculously long line. I feel bad for the employees underneath this management staff for being so poorly taken care of.

The old Taco Bell standards (as minimum as they were) and prices (as affordable as they were) are completely gone now. Quality has fallen below rock bottom, while the prices have gone up so far that they severely overstate the quality now. DON'T GO THERE!
Unfortunately, there is no way to give them zero stars. That would have been my first choice as an appropriate rating.

Awful experience. They got my order wrong, the bag breaks open and when I have to drive all the way back, the young employee is shocked that I’m upset and all the inconvenience. When I get the new food it is super cold and tasteless. The shift manager could careless. I’m sure they got a great laugh at losing more customers for Taco Bell.

The worst location I've ever been too.
I ordered two item and they both got messed up.
Chips& cheese : no chips in the bag
Cheesy Rollup: Idk what they gave me but it had chicken and spice.
not the flavor I was expecting when I bit into it.
Not going back there again.

It's an ok experience. Food is never hot only barely warm by the time you get home its cold. The ingredients taste fresh but they don't always get the order right so make sure you double check
