Picked up a curbside order which was supposed to be a footlong sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink. When I got home I discovered my sandwich was only 6 in. I called the store, but they couldn't didn't tell me the store number even when I explained where he could find it. I said I would call the manager for the store number tomorrow and also inform them that their employee hung up on me. I need the store number in order to file a complaint online and you don't get a receipt when you order on the app. Guess I'll make sure to check my order before driving away.

I am used to a little bit of a wait in subway, but no biggie to me because it happens. But when you finally get to the counter and there are 3 people working and 2 in your croup and the order is very simple 2 of the day special, simple.!! Well they passed over one of us and took the person behind me, then proceeded to drop bags if chips into the cheese and whatever else there was in the prep station. And to top it off didn't even ring us up as a meal of the day. Couldn't count cash back for that matter. And just walked away we asked for our drinks and where ignored. Never again this subway I will drive 10 miles for the next one if I have to .

Normally this is a good subway. Stopped in tonight and the worker was working on a pick up. I guess he thought if he worked really slow I would just give up, and leave. I mean there is no way this is normal pace. Strategically placing lettuce and fixing ever so perfectly .. 20 mins for 4 sandwiches (3 6inch and 1 ft long). Poor poor customer service!!

Been at this location a couple of times. Moved out of the area and now back in the area.
This will be my new Subway shop from now on. Went yesterday and got a protien bowl and a sub. Store is VERY clean, neat, and everything is in order. Staff is super nice there too.

First day in city and wanted to grab quick lunch and dine in peace. Employees were fighting like cats and dogs in the backroom. The employee who served came out the door screaming and running asking to call the cops because the other spanish kid n afro american employee were fighting MMA style. I quickly packed my food and ate rest of it in car.

The lady was making
an online order. She told me I had to wait until she finished the order. Doesn’t make any sense to make a customer wait who is in front!!! Customer service 101!!The staff needs better training.
